Responsibilities: • 9 years leading and managing multiple Human Resource functions for a 2,200 member Information and Technology organization; currently managing 2 Sr HR Business Partners & 1 HR Coordinator, reporting directly to the Vice President of HR. Serve as the lead Employee Relations advisor IT&S. • Indirectly manage HR centers of excellence processes and people, to include: Recruitment, compensation, and benefits. • Strong relationships with our executive level; support 7 VP areas. • Provide policy interpretation and/or guidance to all levels of the organization. • Support executives in the talent review space, by leveraging tools for employee coaching, mentoring, multi-rater feedback processes, and career development counseling. • Lead formalized IT&S Onboarding sessions twice a month, in addition to quarterly new manager training sessions. • Lead organizational compensation initiatives such as merit and promotion cycles, ensuring execution of these efforts. • Project lead for our organizational annual Employee Engagement Survey. • Provide monthly HR metrics to include Exit Interview Data, tuition expenditures, and Employee Relations data. Work with executive team to identify key trends, while also defining “preferred metrics”. • Taught a majority of the 2009 iTrain sessions and currently continue as a DDI Facilitator for IT&S. ***iTrain is an internal behavioral competency learning program that I developed/launched in March of 2009. The program still exists today and contains over 1,000 online courses. • Work daily with internal HR systems such as Lawson, Authoria, and Taleo.
