• Provide monthly HR metrics to include Exit Interview Data, tuition expenditures, and Employee Relations data. Work with executive team to identify key trends, while also defining “preferred metrics”.
• Taught a majority of the 2009 iTrain sessions and currently continue as a DDI Facilitator for IT&S. ***iTrain is an internal behavioral competency learning program that I developed/launched in March of 2009. The program still exists today and contains over 1,000 online courses.
• Work daily with internal HR systems such as Lawson, Authoria, and Taleo.
