Responsibilities: • 9 years leading and managing multiple Human Resource functions for a 2,200 member Information and Technology organization; currently managing 2 Sr HR Business Partners & 1 HR Coordinator, reporting directly to the Vice President of HR. Work with executive team to identify key trends, while also defining “preferred metrics”. • Taught a majority of the 2009 iTrain sessions and currently continue as a DDI Facilitator for IT&S. ***iTrain is an internal behavioral competency learning program that I developed/launched in March of 2009. The program still exists today and contains over 1,000 online courses. • Work daily with internal HR systems such as Lawson, Authoria, and Taleo.
