Customer and employee satisfaction above all. If customers are happy, they will come back again and again. If employees are in a positive, productive environment, they will perform for you. If you can develop loyalty with your staff and your customers, you've built a successful business.

What are your long-term professional goals?

My goal is to move into a C-level role (such as CTO/CIO) where I can have the greatest impact on the business through a keen understanding of the business and the ability to deliver quality systems-based solutions.
