A great boss is compassionate but holds his staff accountable while also encouraging them to do the best work possible. A great boss inspires and develops his/her employees for long term success. What is your yardstick for success?Success to me is measured by what is accomplished. This is not to say the end result is the only thing that should matter; the journey is important and teaches us a lot. In the end success is setting lofty yet realistic goals and meeting them on a regular basis. What are your long-term professional goals?My long term goals are to help a company grow while I grow with it. I would like to run my own office or possibly business in the future. I would like to continue to help people in the same manner as I have done so previously. I am results oriented so I would like my income possibilites to be inline with my accomplishments allowing more financial freedom for me and my family. |
