Quick Interview

What five words best describe you?

Leader, Honest, Efficient, Hilarious, Calm

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

I coach little league baseball which takes up a lot of my spare time. I love baseball and I love to help little kids have the same experiences i had growing up playing ball. I also spend a lot of time with my 2 great danes :)

What make's a great boss?

I lead by example. I never ask my employees to do something I wouldn't do myself. I am very direct and transparent with my people because I believe in telling people what they need to hear and not what they want to hear. I am calm under pressure and my reps feed off of that.

What is your yardstick for success?

Doing something that I enjoy which allows me to provide for my family. In doing so, ideally i would be doing things for others for what they get out of it and not for what i get out of it. I take a lot of pride in the quantity and quality of leaders that i have developed over the years and when they are successful, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. I also hate losing more than I love winning. I don't need the pat on the back or the trophies, but knowing that I've led my peers is a yardstick of success in any role.

What are your long-term professional goals?

I'd like to lead an entire organization at some point. Doesn't have to be a fortune 500 company but a business or organization that needs some stability and someone to help find ways to improve sales, CE and most importantly culture. I believe that i can do that on a grand scale and would welcome that challenge.
