Dependable, Steady, Giving, Helpful, Driven

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

Boxing at Title Boxing in Cool Springs and running. My next run goal is to complete a marathon.

What make's a great boss?

I believe a great boss is someone who takes the time to get to know their people. You don't have to know every detail about them but know enough to relate to them in a meaningful way. Be able to have a conversation with them in the hall. Learn what drives your people and affects their motivation and performance. Also, someone who surrounds themselves with team members who complement their own skills. A person who recognizes that they may not have all of the answers and is willing to dig in with their team to find them.

What is your yardstick for success?

My measure for success is whether or not the people around me feel supported and heard. It's important to me that I do my job in a way that provides an environment for the people and team around me to thrive. Also, that I work smart and hard enough to be able to look my teenager daughter in the eyes and say "I know this can be done if you are willing to put in the work."

What are your long-term professional goals?

I believe long terms goals are achieved when we break them into smaller achievable goals. My short term goal is to work for an organization that is performance driven and employee focused. Great employees lead to great customer service. I wish to add value to a team who wants to win and is willing to put in the extra effort it will take to succeed. My long term goal is to secure a challenging position in operations, continue to grow and improve my skill set and deliver my best.
