Their passion is inspiring and contagious. • A great boss recognizes their own strengths, weaknesses and those of their team. They make quick decisions from a place of calm, even in the eye of the storm. • A great boss is humble, and recognizes they do not know everything. To borrow Deepak Chopra’s words: "The progressive realization of worthy goals” I strive to inspire the lives of many through the work of our team, evoking a deep sense of accomplishment for the progress that we’ve made together. I’ve had a career filled with worthy goals so far, and I will continue purpose-filled pursuits. Setting higher standards and goals ensures that we’ll realize a positive progression in those pursuits.
