What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

I play golf, attend sporting events at Vanderbilt University (Football, MBB and WBB), coach children's athletic teams and I am active in my church.

What make's a great boss?

A great boss communicates regularly in a respectful/supportive manner in an effort to coach to best possible performance of the team. Such a boss recognizes effort and celebrates achievement with an ability to find strengths in employees. Great leaders are able to position the team members to consistently succeed based on their aptitudes. A great boss is open, honest and unafraid to make mistakes along the way.

What is your yardstick for success?

My success is measured by the success and respect level given to my team by other business leaders. I have done well if other groups see my team as "go-to" players and leaders within the organization as a whole.

What are your long-term professional goals?

To be in a role, within a successful organization, where I am able to positively impact my team as a well as the company's bottom line.
