What is your yardstick for success?My yardstick for success is personal and professional fulfillment in a role that has a strategic impact on a business, allows me to work with and develop teams of creative and highly-functional people with broad abilities, and gets me excited to start everyday better than the day before. And winning, as a team, the right way. What are your long-term professional goals?In the long term I have my goals set on a path towards an executive role where I am helping steer the strategic direction of a business.
