Delegate tasks appropriately and assure proper resources are made available. Know & trust your team/crew. Participate when appropriate, but no micromanagement. Anticipate and plan for long term. In a TV Production environment allowing craftspeople to excel with appropriate support allows a production to be greater than the sum of its parts. This in tern leads to "On Time & On Budget" What is your yardstick for success?I must feel that my work is above average by my own yard stick. Client satisfaction that I understood the goal, target market, and take care to not over shoot the mark. What are your long-term professional goals?I would like to hang my shingle in a supervisory role with an advertising or production entity that can fully utilize my wide ranging skill sets in a production environment that values precision.
