What is your yardstick for success?At many different times during my life, I assumed I knew what I wanted and exactly what success would be for me. But progressively, that meaning has changed. Doing well in university, having money, raising a family, etc., are all outstanding accomplishments, many of which I would love to achieve in the future, but they are not absolute. I believe that my yardstick for success is to be proud of my independent ventures, no matter how big or small they are, and to constantly help those around me. What are your long-term professional goals?In the short term, I’d like to develop into an expert in my position and acquire more knowledge about the industry as whole. In the long term, I would like to focus on the abilities that will allow me to advance to a management level position. My ultimate goal is to work with a company’s clientele and supervise major business ventures or projects. |
