Active in my church, international mission work, gardening, attending sporting events.

What make's a great boss?

A great boss is someone who is confident enough to allow for robust discussions. If we disagree we can still have an open discussion and come to a mutual agreement on direction.

What is your yardstick for success?

Lowering costs by improving productivity. This in turn lowers the break even point for a company. Labor costs go down and moving to another country becomes less enticing.

What are your long-term professional goals?

I desire to run a plant or own my own manufacturing company. I know what it takes to make a company successful and also how to implement those changes.
