Also, the ideal boss cares about his or her employees and enjoys talking with them when there is a minute of free time. What is your yardstick for success?I determine my success by both numerical values (How much money I earned for the company), and by non-tangible values. It is important to consider how coworkers value me and whether they believe I am an asset to their group. If my team enjoys working with me, and the other members are appreciative of my work, then success has been achieved. What are your long-term professional goals?I would like to become a partner at a small to medium-sized firm, preferably focused on investments in growing small businesses. |
