A person you can have an open and honest relationship with at all times. It doesn't mean you will always get along or agree however you will have a respect for one another's opinion and differences. You also know you can count on your boss to be in your corner as well as you would be in his/hers. What is your yardstick for success?I relate successfulness in my life to happiness. My happiness comes in a variety of forms. I feel these emotions from providing the best efforts I can give every day in my work performance. Have I been able to contribute to this project? Was I able to assist someone else today to make their life easier? And success comes to me through how I utilize my free time and make sure I make the most of it to feel complete joy.
