If I have communicated myself clearly, then it should be evident in the performance of those who have chosen to have me lead or teach them. What are your long-term professional goals?My long-term professional goals include having a career in which I can lead groups or individuals to creating better lives for themselves. I believe that, for me, it means having a successful career as a training and development specialist. My personal and professional satisfaction comes from providing leadership and guidance to those with whom I am charged. Coming from an educational background, I find great career satisfaction when I can see those who I have taught do well for themselves. I would like to be able to apply this sense of reward to any position that I hold, whether in the business world or the educational realm. I get real joy from building things--and that includes peoples abilities to improve their lives through effort and education. |
