A great boss, in my opinion, is someone who knows when to defer to others for help, even if it means going to someone under them.

When I can look back at what I have done and honestly say that I did the absolute best I could, and even if given the chance, I wouldn't change a thing about how I accomplished a given task.

What are your long-term professional goals?

To obtain a job doing what I spent my years in school learning how to do and enjoy doing, so that I will feel like I have never worked a day in my life.
