Quick Interview

What five words best describe you?

Leader, Communicator, Energetic, Productive and Proactive

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

Running, weight training, watching and attending athletic events (baseball, football and hockey).

What make's a great boss?

A leader who commands respect not because of a "title", but as a result of empowering subordinates. A leader who allows subordinates to realize/discover the path you are leading them on without the need to slam a fist on a desk demanding "my way or the highway". A leader who did not forget how it felt to be on the other side of the desk. Someone who does not accept excuses and leads by example.

What is your yardstick for success?

My personal yard stick for success is being able to hold my head high at the end of each day knowing I did all that I could to make a positive impact within my organization. To see my wife and step-children smile when I arrive home knowing that they are not burdened by finances because I have been blessed by God with the ability to earn a good living. Knowing that I have my faith and I will do my part to handle everything within my control.

What are your long-term professional goals?

I will be a leader within an organization that values my contributions as much as I value the opportunity they have given me to make them stronger. To be a part of an organization long term and to mentor individuals within to replace me as I move on to other roles in an effort to add greater value to the company.
