Quick InterviewWhat five words best describe you?driven, organized, motivated, creative, and competitive What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?reading, recreational writing, lacrosse, animals (welfare, education, and training) What make's a great boss?I think a great boss is someone who is firm and gets everyone to do their job, but also recognizes that they cannot play favorites or no one will succeed. A good boss needs to create structure, and make sure to take the time to ensure that all employees are doing well and are a good fit for the company and/or team. What is your yardstick for success?I measure success in different ways. I'm proud of myself for finishing school and overcoming personal difficulties to get both my AAS and BFA, so I believe I am successful in that way. I would like to be a creative director in five years, so that I can still do creative projects, but also help other people push their boundaries and explore their concepts. What are your long-term professional goals?My long-term goals would be to work for an advertising agency or magazine where I could put my love of typography and layout to good use. I would like to work up from entry-level to a high ranking team member or even creative director by the end of my career. |
