What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

I love to spend time with my family. Any activity that offers me the opportunity to spend time with them is great. Although, I also like to play golf when the opportunity arises.

What make's a great boss?

A great boss is someone who is true to their word and works to develop the strengths of their team. A boss who is there when guidance is needed, but is not afraid to allow team members to grow through their mistakes.

What is your yardstick for success?

Success is measured by the satisfaction and accomplishment felt in one's role. Contributions made to both the employer and the community create meaning. That meaning is success.

What are your long-term professional goals?

To be successful in a role that I am passionate about and that utilizes my strengths and talents to the fullest.
