What are your long-term professional goals?Climbing the corporate ladder is not my professional goal. That's not a great motivator for me. I'd like to work for an organization that has a collaborative environment, values its employees and sees them as its strongest asset. In that kind of culture, I know I would want to give my best, and that has always been my long-term professional goal. If recognition and advancement result from that effort, then that's just icing on the cake. |
