The five words that best describe me are: dependable, resourceful, professional, organized and efficient.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of work?

When I am not working you can find me reading a good book, the gym, cooking with friends, and exploring areas of my hometown.

What make's a great boss?

I believe a great boss would be an individual who shows value in their customers. I do not think the customer is just the client we are seeing in the field, but the internal staff in their department. When “customers” are valued there is a purpose to their job and the activities they do throughout the day. A good manager builds a positive working environment of value and trust.

What is your yardstick for success?

Growth in each position of HR is my yardstick for success. As a manager/generalist you have a responsibility to your organization and department to become well rounded in Human Resources. I believe the addition of information and continuing education is important to this success.

What are your long-term professional goals?

My professional goals are to settle in an organization for the long-term. I want to become a part of a community and work environment I can learn from and educate our employees for the better of the company.
