Huge sports fan, Predators, Titans and long suffering Vanderbilt football fan. Try to spend as much time as possible in the gym in order to keep up with the 2 grandkids mentioned above. What make's a great boss?A great boss leads by example, teaches vs preaches and holds themselves accountable for both team and personal success. The ocean rises together so individual success in key to overall team success. I like the example of the kid bumpers at bowling alleys. The best leaders provide clear direction and support in defining success, eliminate barriers to that success, push their team to 110% and then guide them back to center when and if needed. What is your yardstick for success?Success for me is defined by setting clear goals and putting in the time and effort required to accomplish these. Ensuring both the team and team members are successful in business and personal growth. What are your long-term professional goals?Want to find an organization where I can have a large impact in not just the company's sales success but also improving the quality of the teams delivering that success.
