What make's a great boss?One that is committed to the success of the company but also concerned with the professional and personal success of his/her employees. I think a great boss sets a good example and works as smart and hard as his employees do. Employees who repect and admire their bosses are much more likely to go the extra mile for the sucess of the team and company. What is your yardstick for success?I believe the measure of success needs to be both professional & personal. I think you have to have a balance of both professional and personal success. I believe that you need to achive your goals on a consistant bases to be sucessful. What are your long-term professional goals?I would like to continue to drive the sales and marketing strategies for businesses; with increasing responsibiliies in a senior level management role.
