What is your yardstick for success?Success, to me, means that you are constantly moving the needle. That needle is both for the company you work for and in your own personal skill set. What are your long-term professional goals?Thus far in my career, few of the roles I've had really have existed much prior to my moving into the position. I like to continue moving in the direction of new marketing roles and technologies-- my next step being focused on marketing operations. |
