Someone who is bright, knowledgeable, supportive, a natural leader; equally valuable is someone who is able to maintain a sense of humor and is the kind of boss who they would like to have.

What is your yardstick for success?

The feedback received from my peers, subordinates & the senior leadership team. I am confident that when I walk through the door for the day, that I will make a difference. However, it is equally important that I am a successful sister, daughter, aunt, friend, neighbor and fellow human being. The bottom line for my success is being able to balance my personal and professional responsibilities. So far, so good.

What are your long-term professional goals?

To be valued and respected in my career by my peers, subordinates and senior leadership. I hope to one day work on my PhD.
