In my spare time I also re-purpose and up-cycle glass making lamps, lanterns, and vases. I attend Hermitage United Methodist Church and volunteer in the community. What make's a great boss?I am approachable and very easy to talk to. I am willing to give employees new responsibilities to further their development and help with any problem that may arise. I communicate effectively by providing specific expectations and holding people accountable. I treat everyone treat everyone equally and with respect. What is your yardstick for success?I set short and long term goals. I ask myself, did you hit my goal for today? I make sure all goals are written down and significant. I hold myself accountable and am mindful not to set goals to low. When I have set a goal and achieved it that is measure success for me. What are your long-term professional goals?I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere where I’ll have opportunities to develop my skills, take on interesting projects, and work with people I can really learn from. |
